1 cap of liquid corresponds to 40 ml. Dosage for 4,5 kg washing machine load: use 36 ml for a soft wash effect, use 45 ml for an extra soft wash effect. Dosage for 5 liters of hand rinse water: for a soft wash use 15 ml, for an extra soft wash use 20 ml.
